Hana's Hope is a one-of-a-kind
organization that helps individuals
coping with hair loss by donating wigs
and services to those in need. Hana’s
Hope will provide a customized wig that
has been cut and styled to each person,
thus matching the original look of the
individual. Looking one's natural self
is important to a person's self esteem,
ultimately enabling them to remain
active members of society and focus on
their healing.
Hair loss can
be devastating
As a side effect of Chemotherapy and
loss due to Alopecia (affecting
approximately one in four Americans)
many patients feel like they can't go
out in public, or that they will
embarrass their family members. It's
completely normal to feel this way. But,
many lack the resources or funds to make
their hair loss more acceptable and
easier to cope with. Most insurance
policies simply don't cover it.
To date, Hana's Hope has helped hundreds
of individuals coping with hair loss to
restore their natural look through
donated wig services. Yet, there are so
many others still in need.
We Need Your
Help!
We can only achieve our goals
with the assistance of generous
donations from members of the community.
Monetary donations are always
appreciated and may be made by going to
Hana’s Hope website. We have ongoing
fundraisers in need of items for raffles
and silent auctions such as services
from a business, gift cards and
individual items. Hana's Hope is a
501(c)3 non-profit organization and
donations are tax deductable. We hope
